This position will perform distribution and warehouse functions within the Supply Chain Distribution team and may require swing and/or weekend coverage (shift work). Candidates for this position will have direct interaction experience with FDA and other regulatory agencies and possess strong experience functioning in a GDP/GMP environment with a quality mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products/inventory
  • Comply with all established SOPs and cGMPs
  • Track all movement and handling of products in a computerized inventory system
  • Organize and maintain accurate records associated with Distribution activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments for quick, accurate distribution of products
  • Physically examine incoming or outgoing shipments to ensure specifications are met
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose non-routine problems independently
  • Coordinate with internal or external departments to rectify discrepancies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to recognize deviations from accepted practices
  • Experience in a GDP/GMP environment
