As a Webflow Developer, you will play a key role in creating A/B testing roadmaps that boost conversion rates and enhance user experiences. Responsibilities: Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative and quantitative data sources. Design and conduct A/B tests using Google Optimize to improve user experiences and increase conversion rates. Monitor the performance of tests, analyze data, and communicate success stories to stakeholders. Create high-quality, creative briefs, along with weekly and monthly reports that outline progress, findings, and recommendations. Troubleshoot issues with optimization test set-ups and suggest ways to improve efficiency. Requirements: Extensive experience in conversion rate optimization and creating effective test plans. Proven mastery of Webflow and its functionalities. Familiarity with Google Optimize and other testing and analytics tools. Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to advocate for strategic ideas and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
