Compensation and Benefits

The base pay salary range for this position is \(27.43 to \)33.43/hr., with potential for additional variable compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines
• Travel to different sites and work with diverse teams
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure a secure working environment

• Oversee construction and installation projects throughout the turbine lifecycle

Qualifications

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields
• Physically capable of performing essential functions of the role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
