We are looking for a Tower Foreman to lead a crew in the buildout, maintenance, and repair of 5G networks. Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is \(50,000 to \)70,000 per year, based on industry standards and your experience. We provide a competitive compensation plan along with generous benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in the buildout, maintenance, and repair of 5G networks.
• Perform work at cellular tower sites, including climbing up to 500 feet.
• Maintain and repair equipment within wireless networks.
• Collaborate with network operations and construction teams.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis / Job Hazard Analysis at each site.
• Provide training and mentorship to field employees.
• Track daily duties and time logged.
• Ensure compliance with safety processes and protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience working on communication towers over 300 feet high preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain industry certifications (RF Safety, OSHA ¹⁰⁄₃₀, NWSA, CPR/First Aid).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
