• Basic office computer skills, including the use of office applications, web browsers, and email
• Strong report writing abilities to compile notes into clear, error-free reports
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet policy waypoints throughout each case
• Must have a personal vehicle with appropriate registration and insurance
• Ability to use a laptop with high-speed Internet for emailing and uploading large files

Responsibilities

• Work cases on a schedule, focusing on personal organization and trip planning
• Locate subjects and obtain covert video activity
• Create detailed reports for Claims Examiners and legal representatives to aid in compensability decisions
• Document and secure evidence while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
