Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national recruitment strategy.

  • Implement targeted outreach initiatives for TANF and Medicaid eligibility.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to workforce development.
  • Collaborate with the employment services team for candidate support.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the employment process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment or workforce development
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in client engagement and relationship management

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, workforce development, or a related area.
