Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician
  • Experience in management consultation and critical incident responses
  • Proficiency in telehealth technology
  • Training in evidence-based care modalities
  • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Indiana
  • Strong documentation skills and commitment to timely service delivery
  • Ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy, management consultations, and crisis intervention
  • Train and promote mental health benefits to employees
  • Build strong relationships with HR and leadership teams
  • Implement and manage local action plans
  • Conduct tailored training sessions and assessments
  • Monitor data to propose proactive interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in providing mental health consultations and training
  • Familiarity with substance abuse issues is a plus; SAP Certification preferred
  • Comfort with technology and ability to assess client risks
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in Indiana

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in mental health, including specific experience in workplace settings
