Arizona Youth & Family Services, Inc. (AYFS) is seeking a dedicated Behavior Coach to join our nonprofit organization in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves delivering meaningful services to children and their families, providing essential behavioral health support. As a Behavior Coach, you will implement treatment plans to prevent escalations in behavior and help families achieve their goals through one-on-one interactions in various settings such as homes, schools, and the community.

Compensation and Benefits

This behavioral health position offers a competitive salary ranging from \(25,000 to \)30,000 per year, based on skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, child development, education, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, or families with behavioral difficulties
