Arizona Youth & Family Services, Inc. (AYFS) is seeking a full-time or part-time Behavior Coach to join our nonprofit organization. Compensation and Benefits

This behavioral health position offers a competitive salary ranging from \(25,000 to \)30,000 per year, based on skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans to prevent behavioral escalation
  • Work one-on-one with children in various settings (home, school, community)
  • Collaborate with parents or guardians and child and family teams
  • Develop and teach age-appropriate interventions
  • Track findings and complete necessary documentation
  • Participate in weekly supervision and training sessions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, child development, education, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, or families facing behavioral difficulties
  • Knowledge of behavioral interventions, such as behavior contracts and positive reinforcement
