Role Description This is a contract remote role for Freight Broker Agents. The Freight Broker Agents will be responsible for coordinating and arranging the transportation of goods for our customers. They will work closely with carriers and shippers to negotiate rates, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. The Freight Broker Agents will also handle documentation, handle customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications  Prior experience as a Freight Broker Agent or in a similar role.  Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.  Able to build and maintain relationships with carriers and shippers.  Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.  Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.  Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
